Frangipani Villas are boutique hotels and consist of Frangipani Villa - 60s & Frangipani Villa - 90s and offer a unique and well-priced accommodation experience, combining friendly and comfortable villa accommodation with a unique café opportunity. The motivation behind Frangipani Villas inspired by travelers who expressed a gap in the accommodation options available in Phnom Penh, particularly pleasant establishments in which to relax and meet with friends.

Frangipani Villa-60s was newly renovated 1960s (Golden era) building, offering a beautifully restored example of modern Khmer architecture with a pleasant café within a quiet, safe and pleasant environment in the centre of the city. After a successful opening of Frangipani Villa-60s and with a high demand of reservation during low and high seasons, Frangipani Villas extended its business to include Frangipani Villa-90s with a unique design and a pleasant café. Frangipani Villa-90s was renovated 1990s building which was copied 1960s villa style. Our boutique hotels make an ideal base from which to explore all services in the city.

Renovations by local architect and landscape architect aimed to restore original foundations and utilized locally produced materials and labor to create a harmonious atmosphere. Local staffs are mostly hired from the local NGO; FRIENDS and Pour un Sourire d’Enfant, working to support street children and marginalized community members through informal education and training programs. Frangipani Villas are linked with Child Safe organization, a network protecting children from all forms of abuse and we are absolutely against sex tourism and we are committed to undertaking practices that preserve our natural resources, for example, use of solar system for hot water and change of linen upon request.

There are many places such as convenient stores, markets (local market and russian market, where you can get souvenir and other interesting stuff) and the hotel is easy to catch all types of transport.
The hotel is easy to access to any place in the city.
