Room was small and adequate. Charged 20 euros extra on bill (still do not understand why) - aggreed rate was 88 euros and was charged 90. 80 euros. Unable to arrange for later checkout than 1pm. Problem with air conditioning (told central controlled) - noise meant that it was turned off at night.

Pros

Nice, standard hotel located just off the main street through Bordeaux. It was an extremely convenient location, where we could easily walk to everything, and the front desk staff was very helpful. The room was modern and clean.

The staff does not understand what 'do not disturb' means - i was disturbed several times thoughout the morning both at my door and on the phone even though I didn't want to be disturbed.

Location is superb and easy to get to. The room is very updated and the bathroom is very large. The bathroom is large and very comfortable. Having the bar in the lobby is excellent. Free WiFi! The front desk spoke English and were very accommodating.

The hotel is still under renovations with new elevators being installed so the carpet in the lobby is not as clean as it normally would be but this did not cause us any inconvenience.
