There were no electrical sockets within easy reach by/ above the desk for my computer or mobile phone! The chair by the desk was not that comfortable. You need a large map on the wall showing all the local restaurants!

THE HOTEL HAD SWITCHED OFF THE AIRCONDITIONING DUE TO IT BEING 9 OCTOBER HOWEVER THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE WAS AROUND 70 DEGREES AND THEY COULD NOT TURN THE AIRCON BACK ON. BREAKFAST WAS UNTIL 10AM YET AT 9. 40 AM MY WIFE WAS TOLD BREAKFAST WAS FINISHED AND WE COULD NOT GET SCRAMBLED EGGS. THERE WERE NO CUPS CUTLERY HOT COFFEE OR CROISANTS WHEN I CAME DOWN AT 9. 30 NO STAFF TO ASK SO I WENT TO RECEPTION. ALSO ALL THE TABLES IN THE SMALL BREAKFAST ROOM WERE FULL OF USED TRAYS.

The wi-fi connection to the internet is ureliable in the rooms faraway from the reception -- I suggest the instalation of routers in each floor; the free computer in the reception is trash. I also think that the prices during the auto show are too high, but since my company is paying, no problem. But as a tourist spending my own money I would never stay in the hotel because of the prices.

Breakfast a bit on the cheap side

The air conditioned didn´t work not very well.

The A/C unit was broken and started dipping water in the room.

Safe in room was not working

The rooms, although very nice and clean have major defaults: 1) the heating system on the wall is not adequate. You need a central heating system. The rooms were cold no matter how long I kept the climatiseur working (and of course this went on and off because of the thermostat making the things worse). Plus, this equipment is very noisy. 2) The walls are very thin and you can hear noises from other rooms and from corridors. 3) The breakfast is below par for a 3 star hotel: Coffee not good, hot chocolate not available, buffet not varied, croissants not fresh and cold. Average to lower quality in general.
