Pros

Location near to two metro stations, very convenient. Very clean with helpful and friendly staff. Well run with 24 hour staff on reception. Quiet location and quiet hotel. Bedding and towels changed daily. Bathroom and bedroom well maintained each day.

Breakfast room tables too small. Shower in room 403 totally inadequate. This was over the bath, very low and therefore unable to shower or wash hair properly. Pressure on shower very poor, perhaps because the room is on the top floor.

AC didn't work. Small toilet and small bedroom, misleading in website photo as the room used was not any of the ones I saw.

Nice decoration, furnitures and look in general. Confortable room and piecefull place for a large city. Good advises from the night staff to find a good restaurant.

The bread at breakfast was smooth (not very fresh) which is a major failure in the country of "la baguette". The morning staff did not seem very interested in taking into consideration my remark about the bread.

Silence and quality of sleep in new refurbished rooms. Proximity of 2 metro stations. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of normal city life. Staff helpful and friendly.

Shower must be used with an extreme care so not to flood the whole -tiny-bathroom. A couple of hangers in the wall would be a nice complement for such a "minimalist" furniture. Definitely pillows has to be replaced: son thin that can cause some difficulties to sleep

The room was SO small we had to put our luggage on the bed in order to move about the room. No desk, not even a chair. The all-in-one toilet, sink and shower room was very impractical. All glass doors to bath left NO privacy.

Bed very uncomfortable and hard with a very flat pillow. No place to hang a towel. No chair to sit on Transparent glass door on integral bathroom leaves no privacy for either party. Ok for one night but we had to find somewhere more comfortable after 3 nights.
