Breakfast is too expensive, the room given was street (4 lanes) oriented and had no noise reduction window.

Breakfast at 18. 00 is much too expensive

Breakfast was very expensive 18 euro! I could hear a humming noise all night in my room, I think it was from the lift.

When arriving back at the hotel after 10PM I had to wait several minutes for someone to respond to the bell and let me in. Breakfast was disappointing (so I only had it once. ) Once used items (for example, dirty hand towel) were removed from room they were not replaced. I stayed 4 nights and only had the benefit of a hand towel the first night.

Staff did not advise of the additional cost for breakfast when checking in. Housekeeping once left an empty soda can in the bathroom and once didn't close the full-height window completely, potentially allowing someone to enter the vacant room. If front -desk staff have to leave the desk, they will lock the door, leaving you to wait till they return.

Expensive breakfast

Breakfast too expensive and too heavy (too much), a breakfast for 8, -- € should be enough! personnaly, I took a croissant and coffee near by at Paul´s (italie 2) staff has problems to write a correct invoice (full adress of company "it´s not possible. .. " etc. ) Wifi shoul be seccured!, no dvd player. ..

One of the two mini cartons of milk left in the room had 'gone off' (milk floated on top in lumps - probably out of date). Not a major problem but would have been 100% if this was OK.

Little things that would be easy to fix. These are the details that guests look at and that they notice. Each is not really a problem because it works - but it should be better: - The toilet seat was not fixed at one side. - The water tap was not fixed properly. - One bedside lamp didn't work. - The water tap in the shower was hard to adjust while showering.

Thought the breakfast was included and was shocked to have to pay for it at the end. Wasn't clear enough in the offer I bought. Staff a bit rude, but actually found this throughout Paris - was told to leave at breakfast time at 10. 35. We were down for breakfast at 10. 15 and throughout any hotel I've stayed in, in the world have never been told we had to leave. It has always been my thought that as long as you are down for breakfast before closing time, no-one would tell you, you had to leave. Afterall, we were PAYING for this so I dont think this was good service. I wouldn't recommend This hotel or Paris in general if it's based on the people and lack of help.

As to be expected with Paris - overpriced!

The safebox was closed on arrival. So I can use it since the next day. It is small and notebook not to be placed in.

The double rate was too high to consider bringing my wife. The single rate was attractive.

The fitness machines should be replaced

Far away from most tourist sites. No Wi-Fi in rooms (only cable).

Reception staff was not up to the normal standards. Took 20 Minutes to complete check in. At 03 at night we had to wait 20 minutes in front of hotel door, as it is expected of hotel staff to execute during night shift also cleaning activitis. This is unacceptable.
