The location of Central Hotel Paris is ideal for me and my partner as we arrive and depart from Gare Montparnasse and use the AirFrance cars to/from CDG/Roissy, as well. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful.

Very kindfull and helpfull team. This hotel offers a large panel of bedrooms: simple but always clean bedroom with privae bathroom for low budget, and very comfortable and more spacious ones for higher budget. Ideal location (trainstation, restaurants, pubs etc. )

The hotel is cozy and clean, very close to Metro station less than 5 minutes walk to hotel. Feel safe to hang around the corner with all type of cuisine restaurant. 10 min walk to Gallary Lafayatte, Gare Montpartnasse, Airport shuttle pickup and drop off point.

The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the bathroom clean. New windows kept out most of the street noise and darkening drapes were awesome after a long trip and needed nap. Within walking distance (if you feel comfortable walking in this neighborhood alone--- I wasn't) to a few eateries and bars with marginal fare. I was just happy to be in Paris. ..

The entire outside covered in scaffolding and graffiti, and the entrance impeded by temporary fencing. The water to the room was turned OFF much of the day, which I notice is a common practice in lower end hotels. Directly across the street a park frequented mostly by shady types and a few crazy folks yelling to no one in particular, if you know what I mean. Staff not rude, but not helpful either.

Location is very good, right in the center, very good bed(bultex matress)which is not too soft but not hard either, service is good but we didn't have any breakfast into the hotel and at the end we had the surprise to see that someone wrote on our room that we had 2 times breakfast even we didn't but. .. problem was solved in few seconds when i told the receptionist that we never ate there. Easy to get to Montparnasse tower which is 59 floors and see the whole Paris for a ticket of 11, 50 euros. Amazing view from the top of it!lots of restaurants and bars near the hotel too.

NOT possible to switch off the heating in the room(no 46 where we stayed)so we had to leave windows open 24 hours othersie it would have been much too hot to be in. .. .and because of that also hard to sleep due to the noise out on the streets during the nights. We had not even 1 single night of silence actually and from 6 a. m. we could hear all the cars/people passing by. Room was pretty small but enough for 2 people but for more than 2 it can be really hard to fit in i think, only fits chinese families i guess cause they're more used to crowded spaces :-)

Works in progress just in front of the Hôtel and at the reception (or so it seemed to me). Comments on Internet (tripadvisor) seem a bit overrated for this hotel.

Very good location. Room was a family room with 2 interconnecting rooms which was ideal for us and there was air-con which was perfect after a hot day out sightseeing. Excellent restaurants around and local supermarket had excellent range of products. Metro very near which made Paris very accessible to us.
