The porter was confused. He wanted to charge me the normal price instead of the internate rate. As he had to admit that he was wrong, he didn't appologize. The heating system wasn't deaerated for a long time, so is was very very noisy as we were heating.

The hotel is perfect for a trip to paris. Specially when you want to see a lot of things of paris. The hotel is located perfectlly!

The breakfast was sometimes not so good, because their weren't croissants and something like this. Also the service was not really friendly.

Pros

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and roomy. Room service was on-time and the delivered food was much better than food eaten later down in the eating area. As we were unable to get a family room, the two rooms we did get were right beside one another.

I chose this hotel as it said it was close to the Charles de Gaulle airport - there is no direct train (we had to transfer enroute) and we had quite a walk with all our luggage to the train station. Breakfast was disappointing and we did not get the advertised internet during our stay.

The elevator did not work and our room was on the sixth floor. The shower cubicle had no door. The safe could not be locked.

Excellent location: from CHDG airport take Air France bus No 4 to Gare de Lyon, then just a few minutes walk to hotel Reception staff very helpfull Clean bathroom/ sheets

The shower room is a little too small and the part of the equipment is broken. The glass shelf of the washstand is very wobbly so that just a slight touch it might make it fall down.

Great location, very close to train station, many resturants close by, as wll as the tourist bus stop that takes you to all the main attractions in Paris. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

(1) The staffs are all friendly and "sympathique". (2) Best location near Lyon station and Opera hause. (3) The rooms are relatively old but well maintained and clean.

(1) Part of the cover panel of the shower room lacks. Thus, no mather how one uses the shower carefully it is impossible to refrain from making the floor of the bathroom wet. (2) WiLan is not safe because of the lack of security setting.
