The staff were very friendly. I arrived very late and they were so kind, even having my key ready before I identified myself! The room was clean and comfortable and I had a great stay. It's within walking distance of good restaurants and the RER.

No alarm clock (though wake up call service is available). No window covers (though I believe this is common in Europe), so when the fresh air comes in, so do the bugs.

Superb location and value for price. The hotel is fairly quiet given it is just about 10 minutes walk to Gare Montparnasse, a huge benefit: the airport shuttle stops there every half hour. Staff very helpful. Petit dejeuner top rate. Showers are hot and strong - thank you!
