Showers are small, noise from next door rooms carries - one night our neighbor left his TV on all night and it bothered us.

Over the underground (some trembling every 4 minutes, not dramatic). Walls like paper, can hear neighbour's bathroom manoeuvres. Computer with internet available for clients downstairs.

The desk staff were atrocious. Not interested in helping me access the Internet or helping print tickets to events. I was appalled by the front desk staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We have changed hotels and are truly enjoying the new hotel.

Bad noise isolation inside

We did find the room small and tight and we did not have air-conditioning for first two nights and had to open the windows which then was noisy so I did not get a good sleep but then the third night the air con came on which I think is regulated by staff as the air con then switched off by 9am by it self. Talk to staff.

The room was not the one which we ask for. They promise to make a discount because it was not possible to give us an other one. We make a compromise and stay but at the End they don´t make any thing and mention to us that the person who make this has not the authority to do it. It was very disappointing behauvior. Very small room.

Walls and moquette should be reniewed.

The lady at the reception is not at all helpful. She does not know or pretend that she does not know anything about places and other information about places to visit nearby or other smaller things that matter, and is reluctant to help. All she says is look for the brochures. The guy on the reception is good and helpful. Rooms are small and have only 1 power connection which is at odd place. No coffee maker in room and rooms are not value for money. Most important is that, there is no money exchange in the place nearby and will be quite a serious challenge for some people

Hand held shower with no curtain is clumsy for many people

No shower curtain. Shower could not be fixed to the wall. No meat at the breakfast.

Carpet in bedroom was dirty and stained and unfortunately on departure, a member of staff was quiet rude when we asked if we could leave our luggage in the hotel for a few hours (we were told there was no room but I was not allowed to make space by moving other cases closer together). We did leave the case and it was still there when we returned

Rooms small and the shower VERY small I could not get your ratings to work . In ordere I would rank them 9, 8, 9, 8, 10, 9

There was no shower curtain and the sprayer on the rod would not stay up in place so we had trouble washing our hair. Small beds but comfortable enough.

Rooms very small & basic. Shower cubicles very small.

-only one lift which sometimes doesn't work for 7 floors - carpets in rooms need to be renovated - no place for toiletries in the bathroom

The decoration is tired. .. .. very tired. I first stayed with you about 8 or 9 years ago and it was ok then. Clearly the decoration has seen better days and the carpet is really stained and worn. The curtains were coming off their hooks and that made the room look shabby. The lift works ok but is very cramped and makes quite a few strange noises. Maybe it is tired too?
