The staff was amazing- especially Isobelle and Julianna on the front desk- my sister and I were both unwell and they were so supportive and helpful. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. They are truly the best ambassotors for the hotel. The room was large and with 3 windows the view was great. The location is also ideal. - stores, cafes and metro all at hand.

Pros

We did not take any service into account, hence it was not rated. In general it is a nice hotel, well designed with friendly staff at the reception. The location is great, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and with a metro station around the corner.

The room was a bit small and too cold, especially bathroom was far too cold. When we went out the heating turned off, so when we returned to the room it was always very cold and needed too long time to heat up.

The website mentions a lounge for having a drink. This does not seem to be the case, though I was able to request a small bottle of wine. I would suggest thicker fluffier pillows.

Pros

I loved the hotel, the decor, and the staff and the location. It is an ideal location central to all the main hot spots in Paris. Loved the marble bathroom with Hermes shampoo, soap, gel, lotion.

-There was no hair conditioner. -It would have been nice when we checked to have the concierge tell us about the gym we did not find out until the day we were checking out. -It would be nice to get chocolate every day, not just the first night. -The towel had some stains that were visible (I knew that it was washed, but the stain did not come out).

The hotel was a little noisy depending on who your neighbors were. We had a young family next door that woke us up in the middle of the night one night. Walls must be very thin. Slightly away from the main activities, but worth it to save a little money and enjoy this wonderful hotel. Not full service in the way of a restaurant or a bar, but the staff have some wine available if you ask.

-1st example: All staff members were great! I apologize for not obtaining all of their names, but several of them went out of their way to make our stay awesome! Even to the point of saying how much they enjoyed us and they were sorry they would not be around in the morning to tell us goodbye in person. That personal touch is rarely seen in many hotels today. -2nd example: Leaving early on a tour from the hotel before the breakfast started - the front desk made us coffee before leaving! -3rd example: Love the check in process. Upon arrival, just provided our name and they handed over the keys to the room. No credit card, no passport or license, etc. A quick 10 second check in and we're off to our room! -4th example: Location is fabulous. Walking distance to many great places. We had a number of our favorite restaurants that were close by, plus the hotel introduced us to a few more new favorites. -5th example: A very short walk to the metro. -6th example: Right off a major street so you have great access to shops and restaurants, but without the noise of traffic. -7th example: Any request for help with directions, restaurant recommendations, taxis, metro etc. .. are met with enthusiasm. It doesn't matter if you're a first time visitor or seasoned veteran, this hotel is great!

Pros

Very nice hotel, only five minutes away from the eiffel tower. Book a room on the 6th floor and you can see the top of the eiffel tower. The personell is very friendly and tries to help you where it can. The hotel offers WLAN and a iMac in the lobby for free. A printer can be used for free, too. The breakfast offers delicious Croissants and fresh orange- & pomelo-juice.

Within walking distance of many attractions and/or metro/bus/boat options. Nice area of Paris - close to the Eiffel tower, the Seine, the Champs d'Elysee. Good shopping! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was not one thing that we would have changed.

The shower water was only warm and definitely not hot on one of the mornings (it was hot the day before). We were informed that we could not use the iron during breakfast time 7-11 am which was slightly inconvenient.

Beautiful building with quality fittings and fixtures throughout. The room was very small for a family of four, but I think this is standard for Paris and many hotels would not even allow 2 children in 1 room.
