No italian tv channels,

Small shower, painting needs refreshing,

Ceiling of the bathroom falling into pieces

There were renovation at the same time we were satying in the hotel. We woke up to these noices and it didn´t feel like a vacation. . Sad thing is the staff didn´t mention about it before our arrival nor regret it. . I wouln´t go again.

The key to the room is hard to use

Rooms need a facelift and some thorough cleaning above 1, 70 meter height

The bed, you put 2 small bed side by side to make a bigger one.

Too simple, some things broke (tub).

First time in this hotel: the strong ashtray smell was explained by the cleaner having a break on my bed with a cigarette! (No, it's not a Sofitel in New York). Second time : My room was separate from the next one by a not soundproof door. I had the feeling that my snoring next door neighbour was in my own bedroom (same for TV and private conversations). The wifi was working very badly. There is a lift but only in one of the 2 buildings. I may have a third try but not sure. ..

The building is situated on a very busy street and the rooms that face the street are very noisy in the mornings. .. hard to sleep in the morning unless you close the windows tightly. Some amenities are old and don't work quite as well.

Few drinks or scuh avalaible--- no minibar and selection in machine is poor

The bathroom was very small, difficulties to take a shower

Prefer a room with refrigerator.

Not as convenient to the city centre, getting there required a change on the Metro

Room door should be locked properly by cleaners not just 'shut' - whilst this locks the door i would prefer if the double lock was always used.

The street outside the hotel has become rundown and grubby and seems to attract undesirables at night.
