The staff has been very kind and helpful. One of the best positions ever to reach for the Marais in 2 mins. Metro line 4 and 5(which you use to arrive and come back from CDG airport)are just beside the hotel. The hotel is clean(expecially compared with the French standards) and the staff cleans and change your towels every day. The bathroom is clean. I loved having breakfast outside in the petite terrasse and the just-made croissants.

Hotel staff were helpful and we were able to check in early and leave our bags at the hotel on our last day. The location is good, near to two metro stations and plenty of bars and restaurants and the room was quiet.

I had originally booked a junior suite but we were given a triple room. The room was very warm and we couldn't turn off one of the radiators so slept with the windows open which seemed like a waste of energy. The bathroom was very small and cramped. It would have been nice to be able to make tea in the room. The hotel seemed quite expensive for what it was.

Equipment very old, light rather dark in the room, bathroom too small (especially the shower --> thick people would have a real problem. .. ). The heating couldn't be regulated, so it was too warm. No "do not disturb / please make the room" sign available.

Terrible hotel in really bad conditions: a hole in the ceiling of the lobby with water falling down, a lift that could not take more than one person with 2 small lugagges, a strange smell on the whole hotel that was unbereable. In fact, I changed hotel when I saw the bedroom (even if I had to pay one night that I didn't use)

We loved this hotel. It is small and unpretentious, but we did not care. Didier, Patrick and Ennis went out of their way to be helpful. It was clear that they really cared. The location was great -- very convenient to transportation. the cheerful colors made us smile wherever we went.

The rooms are small and the furniture is not always strong. We broke a chair, just by sitting. The walls are thin, and you can hear the people next door. They have done everything possible to make the small spaces work, so we did not mind the little inconveniences.

Extremly loud, bar directly under room, run down (big holes in the ceiling, nails pointing out about 4 cm of the bed frame - avoid room 15!), very basic breakfast with dirty plates and ants on the buffet, staff not helpfull - not worthy the money or 3stars
