Room was really small, too small for two

I wish you could finish with renovation

Room given for 3 people was too small, no circulation possible within the room the room shown during reservation was not the one given (it really exists?) on-going construction work during stay noisy area at night on weekends

Elevator is being built now.

The disadvantage of proximity to great bars and restaurants is that it can be a little noisy at night. At this stage, no lift so not ideal for people of limited mobility (but operations underway to install).

Street noise, a little pricey

This seems to be a hotel run by non europeans, my wife felt extremely uncomfortable and unfriendly treated so that I had to call the hotel and verbally make a complaint. It is not acceptable that non europeans treat women as they do it in their home country, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone

No air con, I was there when it was 39 degrees so the room was boiling, however there were double door windows to open. As I slept with the windows open as it was so hot it was very noisy up to about 2 in the morning (weekdays). I was on the 5th floor, theres no elevator and spiral stairs which make getting up with a case hard work.

No elevator.

Narrow stairs and no elevator. Very difficult to access for seniors. Young people the stairs no problem. Find hotel in the immediate vicinity for the same price with breakfast and a lift.

Paper thin walls. Bathroom slightly too cosy.

One staff person is not as friendly as the others. But it´s not a big problem.

Change the hall,

No clean towels every day, no glasses on the toilet, hardly no toilet-paper.

- Toilet is too small, especially the shower with limited room turn to wash. - TV was great, except there was no English channels - Hotel is a little run down, there was construction throughout the hotel, ie lobby and look like there will be building a lift or something the landing area of my room. There no lift in the hotel, which is ok for a 6 storey building - Internet access was intermittent, I was on level 2 and the router on this floor was forever limited signal where other floor routers were mostly full bar - my safe had an error, staff just told me that was problem, but never bother to fix it. - didn't bother with the hotel breakfast, better one are available outside

Rooms (including bathrooms) are tiny and pretty cramped
