Perrrrrrfect location, close to metro, we walked to Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Champs Elysee, christmas markets, shopping, Monoprix etc. .. . Very quiet, classy and beautiful decor. THey have done an amazing thing with small space!!

Check in is on second floor, there isn't a elevator to 2nd floor, but there is one from there on up to other floors.

Beware breakfast is not included in room price. It is an additional E12, 00 per person per night!!! Expensive! Unfortunatly We were not told this was the case. A nasty surprise when we paid our bill.

* Fantastic service from 3 out of the 4 hotel clerks we encountered. The best I have experienced in Paris thus far! * Option of leaving bags there both before and after staying. * Beautifully furnished rooms and well kept. * Excellent location: one block away from the Ile de la Cite and Notre Dame. Great quartier with lots of restaurants, shops etc.

* Right on the crossroads of two busy Boulevards in the 5e so noisy if the windows are open. The windows are double glazed however, so you can't hear a thing if they are closed! Also, the room has air con so really no need to open. * One of the hotel clerks wasn't as helpful or friendly as the others and kept reminding us every time we went past reception that we had to be out at midday.

No lift for luggage to first floor was not told that breakfast was additional price - had not booked as additional item because i assumed it was included like every other hotel i've stayed at in Italy and France over last 3 weeks. When i booked in i was told that breakfast was served in lobby so assumed it was included - did not appreciate the additional charge of approximately EURO 90 when i expected that breakfast was included. When i booked online, no additional charges for breakfast were highlighted.
