Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Also, I was looking for a hotel that is tailored more towards mature vitistors - quiet, considerate etc. I found your hotel has met our needs.
I also liked the reading area in the lobby, which is quite relaxing. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps adding a fireplace since this area gets a lot of drifts from the main entrance.
How can we forget the loverly Elton. He adds such a wonderful touch to your already very friendly place.
