Increase the room and bathroom size (the bathroom is ridiculously tiny). The dining area also needs to be a little more spacious.

Rooms: some rooms really need renovating. The fungus was on the walls which is not good. Fortunately we got to move to a better room. They said all the rooms will be renovated. Hope the price does not go up.

No elevator

Noisy environment, almost no sound insulation so it is very difficult to sleep, at least for me. ..

The only thing that is missing is an elevator and can be a little difficult on the stairs if you have big luggage(like I had, but the lady from reception helped by giving us a room at the first floor)

Climbing 5 stories of stairs to my room. It was especially hard after a day of walking around. :-)

Shabby room´s furniture and carpet (waiting for renovation), very small shower, noise building.

A porter (I suppose he is Chinese) : an evening when we arrived at the hotel nobody was in the hall, we called for someone, I went out and rang the bell but nobody came. After about ten minutes this porter came in, we had seen him before, he was out of the hotel talking with someone. Of course he had seen us but he kept on talking. Later the same day when we arrived at the hotel we needed to use the computer but nobody was in the hall, we waited and called for someone and then he arrived smiling! In our room (32) we could switch on the light only in one place and near the bed only a light worked.

The shower and toilet were terrible. There wasn't almost no watter in the shower, and we were unable to have a descent water temperature. It was also way to small

Small bedrooms, but considering the value for money, we didn't ask for better. .. .

No air condition, steep stairs without a lift and you can hear when people next door are talking.

Needed staff help to get luggage up to second floor of hotel, as no elevator. Small hotel with a mimimum of spare space, so breakfast room is crowded and no outdoor area. My bathroom was extremely small and would not accommodate a large person.

Bathroom was tiny in double room. hotel has no elevator, so leave your big luggages at home.

Decor in our a triple room was a little dated, but suits a parisian hotel.

- at least 15min to the center, the hotel is near the 3rd last station of métro line 4 - really small and very simple rooms - bathroom was not very clean - some towels were smelly - bed can be unconfortable

My tv didn't work and they didn't have an iron I could borrow. small rooms.

Room a bit on the small side, bed a bit too soft, no lift and 5 floors!!!! Paid deposit (16 euro) to the hotel for a shuttle bus to the airport. The shuttle didn't arrive (at no fault to the hotel) but for some reason I couldn't get the deposit back. Did not like that the price of the same room varied every day between 58- 88 euros, starting low and then going up and up every day!!!!!!!
