It is a bit far out

We were in a room facing the street and it was noisy at night and got woken by trucks every morning. Also the walls a really thin so could hear the people next door.

Very noisy street so bring your ear plugs.

Staff not efficient in languages rather than French. Lift too small. Internet too slow.

Nothing

No air conditioning!! Room was very small, I could barely fit in the shower. Paint in the room was ugly, very old-fashioned. Noisy to sleep from the bars below. Wifi was a bit troublesome (would not connect more than one device). A shuttle to-from the airport would have been very nice.

No safe that works to keep our belongings and fridge doesn't work

you have to take the metro to visit the touristique places but it is only 15 minutes with the metro

none of our 3 rooms had dresser drawers helpful if nightstands had a small chest of drawers thank you

Rooms are quite small, but perfect for one person or a couple who plan to spend most time in the city -- which of course one wants to do anyway!

Small, pricey room, of course. The street side of the hotel can be loud, large trucks in the morning and people chatting late into the night, but the view was worth it for me.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and hot water was cool mid-morning.

Toilette and shower were small , Breakfast every time bread or cheese was missing for 10 minutes average and we were not informed how much we would be charged for extra tea in the evening and once we were told we could not have one .

Furniture, including beds (mattresses), needs renovation / update! Why have ash-trays in 'no-smoking' rooms?

Our room was on the street side, and keeping the windows closed at night was not an option, so it was a bit loud (especially since all sound was reflected off the flat stone wall of the church across the street. The bed was a little small, but passable for two who know each other well. The hotel is a bit far away from most of the tourist attractions and famuous night spots. The hotel offers free internet access, but I was unable to send mail using MS-Outlook, or establish a VPN connection to my company's SMTP server.
