Under rehabilitation. We were not informed. Little space in the room. Breakfast in the room with no space nor two chairs to eat. No cleaning second day (We were out from 10-4 pm).

+ location: lots of cafés, restaurants, shops are around the corner. perfect for the marais atmosphere. + bed: very good matress + value: fair price (131. - EUR/room/night)

- bath: showerhead couldn´t be fixed (less style, but more function pls. !) (- roomsize: really small - renovation: during our stay the entire hotel was under renovation. we could have been informed about that while booking, couldn´t we?)

Pros

The location of the hotel was great - walking distance from the Marais and short walk to the metro. The room although small was nicely decorated and clean.

There was building work in the lobby which we were not told about prior to our visit (and why i only rated clean as 7/10) This meant we had to eat breakfast in our (very small) room which was not ideal. Also the shower did not work well due to poor design.
