In the shower of room 33 there is not at all a place to place the soap bar while in the shower.

Pros

Great rooms with a high sense of personal comfort. Good in room facilities (shower, bed, safe, TV, room for hanging clothes) and an incredible view on Notre Dame. The location in Paris offers you endless walks along historic, impressive sites.

These were not issues for me at all but thinking of other travellers: No help to carry luggage up and down the stairs, Lower floor could be noisy.

Bath room the smallest i have ever seen. no shower. no tea/coffee in room or avaible other than breakfast in bar area. booked a taxi from hotel to airport. 50 euros. best book your own taxi i would say.

Nowhere to place toiletries in the shower No hooks for used towels or night clothes in bathroom No proper hanging space - jackets dragged on the floor Lack of surfaces in bedroom for putting belongings and only one chair in room Although the staff gave us a print out of recommended restaurants, they failed to give us clear instructions on how to get to them - apart from the one which had closed!

Really enjoyed the quirky decor. Breakfast in the dining room was great. Parisian life out the window was wonderful to watch. Appreciated the very central location.

The down side of Parisian life outside the window was the noise - especially the weekend. We appreciated the double glazed windows! Air conditioning far too hot, and no way of adjusting it in each individual room. Mountable shower head needed. Extra towel rack also.

Room 62 - Very small bathroom. Could not stand in the bath tub because of lack of head room. Very noisy during the day. Less noisy at night. Could hear the noise from the adjacent room's bathroom. We did not have the right count of bathrobes, bath soap and towels every day.

Beautifully decorated room and amazing view of the Notre Dame and the River. The Location is great too, being surrounded by plenty of places to eat and opposite a Metro station.

Our bathroom taps weren't working properly, so we had to brush our teeth and what not in the bath tub. We found this extremely annoying and we were disappointed that we weren't compensated as we did pay alot for this hotel. Although, it may have been a problem just in our room but we expected this problem to have been fixed prior to our arrival.

The staff was very helpful to me and my wife. She had some medical issues and the staff , especially Simone bent over backwards to assist us. It will always be very much appreciated.
