Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and calm neighbourhood, clean and tidy, perfect location near metro yellow line 1 that passes lots of interesting points, near RER Vincennes for fast access to city centre or Disneyland, nice park areas close for walks and running if you like. Don´t miss the Chateau de Vincennes nearby. By far my best experience in Paris. Location surprisingly convenient.

The room with two double beds was too little for the 3 of us (1 adult and 2 children), I can't imagine 4 people moving in it. The WC in a narrow cabin separate from the bathroom, was inside the sleeping room and without any extractor fan.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was well kept and very clean. In a good and relatively peaceful location near Berault metro station (take exit 4 for the hotel) and in a nice neighbourhood. Didn't manage to try the breakfast but this was not included on my bill when checking out, even though I thought I had already paid for it on booking, which is very welcome.

The bedroom was a bit on the small side (but I'm told this is typical of Paris) and the shower was too compact making it difficult to use, and I am not a big person.

Lift starts half way up stairs (so useless if disabled etc). Breakfast is expensive. The receptionist repeatedly went on about the free WiFi and all information there, but there was no info about login info/details, so had to return to reception and find staff again (at 1am).

A small family run hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated on a side street and is fairly quiet at night. It is also close to two metro stops as well as a variety of restaurants, cafes, various shops, and the chateau de Vincennes. It was very easy to get to and from the center of Paris quickly, and the price is right!

The rooms are very close to one another as is the case with many hotels in larger city, so you can hear everything in neighboring rooms, the hallway, etc.
