The bed was too large for the room. A normal double would have been sufficient. No tea and coffee facility in the room.

Great location and staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Clean, modern bathroom, good lift. Hotel made our stay in Paris really enjoyable.

Really small rooms with almost no flat space and no drawers. Bright street light right outside window required closing drapes which limited air circulation. But so what! We would stay in room 20 again.

If the rest of the room was a little better it would be an excelent hotel considering the price. The room was really small, but the pictures in the website showed that clearly so I wasn't surprised for that.

Inclusive Wi-Fi did not work in room! It only worked in the lobby and even then was extremely slow and practically useless. The staff didn't seem too bothered and made little attempt to rectify the situation as I suspect this is the case all the time. So, don't stay there if you expect to need internet access!

Friendly - everyone knows your name comes to mind! Great location and close to everything (even the train station from the airport is a 10 minute walk). Highly recommend this hotel!

No ironing available in room so difficult if attending work or need shirt BUT there is a trouser press which is great and does make up for it. The net connection is a bit problematic sometimes but the hotel resets on request and friendly anyway.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Ability to speak good English was an unexpected bonus. Location was good, with metro and champs elysee conveniently located. Room was clean and comfortable.

The noise from within the hotel at night, due to it being so small. Not a great variety for breakfast for the money, a crossiant and bread and a drink. Would have been nice to have a bit of choice.
