The concierge was a little impertinent and not very helpful. He refused a note afterwards regularly used in a restaurant.

Best asset of the hotel was the gentleman at the front desk. He was helpful, generous with his time and knowledege of Paris and how we could navigate to reach our destinations. The location was excellent, easy access to Metro & buses.
