General reviews about the hotel

Very clean, close to all major attractions. The staff was friendly and spoke English well, the Metro was close by, and the breakfast was very filling. A great place - will stay there again when in Paris.

We put the complimentary soap dish into the cupboard and were astounded to find it back out when the room had been cleaned. The cleaning staff think its OK to raid your privacy. Dustbin collection is regular, early and noisy if you are street-facing

Good location. You walk out of the door with a view on the Eifel tower. Walking distance to place d'etoile, Trocadero, Camps Elysee - just perfect. Also located in a quiet street. Rooms are typical Paris-small, but OK

The air condition in the room not working well. we adjusted to 15 degrees but room was very warm especially after midnight. Room size is little small and i was badly bitten by bed bugs on the first night of my stay. The staff were quxik to react and changed our room immediately and surprising its a bigger room. time to change carpet and beds as furniture is already very aged. room for improvement for breakfast

We had the good fortune of meeting Saoussen while staying at your hotel. Not only was she a very pleasant person but she was so helpful in suggesting restaurants, metro station stops, and helped us plan a visit to the fabric district by calling to make sure that the stores would be open for business. Saoussen was also very sweet to our small child and spoke of her own child. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was exceptional and when we return to Paris we will be staying at your hotel.

Cramped room with no view. Breakfasts were badly run. We had 3 breakfasts, and for 2 of them we had about half an hours wait before we were served. More staff needed. A good continental breakfast when it arrived.

Great location. Many restaurants near by. Two great monuments blocks away: Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower. Nice market next door. Metro stations around the corner. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms decent size. The front desk staff was very helpful. On check in, our group had over 12 rooms- she did a great job. They all spoke english and/or spanish. The breakfast was good. Had a nice little mini-fridge.

Hotel was worn. Carpets very stained and dirty. NO bed bugs seen, sheets were clean and so was the bathrooms. Curtains were dusty- not clean for a long time. Typical hotel: small elevator, AC very poor. Rooms were standard for Paris. Breakfast staff not too friendly.
