Pros

Location is good, with many tourist sites, the metro and RER railstation within walking distance. Clean and relatively comfortable hotel. Breakfast and coffee available was a good option. Most of staff friendly and helpful, even if there was a language barrier, most tried to help as much as possible.

We found the bed spread/comforter made us too hot when sleeping. We found there was only 1 person, who was at reception, seemed not helpful. All other staff seemed to be friendly and willing to help us at any time. I do not know the name of which lady we had a poor opinion of.

Pros

Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with plenty of storage space. I was glad we could open the windows for fresh air. The staff was very good, especially Remy, who was very kind and helpful to us.

Loved the bathroom facilities especially the shower. Really appreciated having use of the computer with internet so that we could purchase and print tickets for Tour Eiffel

Excellent location! Minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and the charming Rue Cler district. Gorgeous views of the Invalides! Beautifully decorated rooms, very well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Pros

Very well situated and convenient for everything. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The bedrooms with the view of the Invalides are very nice but expect to have noise from the street below. It is nice to be able to have the big windows open and to see the spectacular dome right opposite. The bathroom was very modern and clean, and spacious.

We decided not to have breakfast there after the first 3 days as we thought the food was not as fresh as it could have been. You might want to look into that. But this is a minor item. Apart from that, we very much enjoyed staying at this hotel and would be happy to revisit.

Smoke Smell. It smelled in the lobby, it smelled in the hallways and the towels always smelled. I would not stay there again because of this reason. Luckily it did not smell like smoke in the room itself.

Walls are very thin so if you have a neighbor that uses more than a normal voice or likes to laugh, you will hear them. The breakfast bar was less than desirable.

The Wifi didn't work in my room, nor in the breakfast area. I rely on Wifi to stay connected. Just this is enough reason to stay somewhere else next time. Is there any way you can guarantee that the WiFi would work the next time I visit?

Super location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see; clean, comfortable, quiet, good clothes space and a comfy king bed; terrific staff with a great sense of humour; stunning view of les Invalides from our balcony; close to Rue Cler and wonderful neighbourhood cafés and restaurants; easy walk to the Metro station (and most major "must do" tourist sites); a charming small hotel with personality (vs. typical big hotel chain predictability)

Pros

We were pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. The cost is no higher than other Paris hotels in the same region. The attractive room was somewhat larger than expected. We would certainly return. While the staff spoke English, they obligingly put up with our excrable French.
