I have been a little cold in the room. The bathroom was uncorfortable in terms of space.

Whilst our room was clean, the staircase was very run down. It was a pity that the breakfast area could not be extended to upstairs because there wasn't enough room for everyone, and consequently we didn't have breakfast. It was also very messy but the staff were doing their best in such a confined space.

The zone is plenty of strange people, you dont feel safe walking along the street. The last day of my stay I arrived to my room and I found the window opened, the room without cleaning and the bed was not maked. Fortunately I didn´t suffer any burglary during that day, although my window could be reached by jumping of the neighbouring rooms. The worst thing of the hotel is it situation.

1. Carpets can be more clean 2. Very small room even for a Family Room 3. Toilet too small

Internet usage required temporary passwords that timed out every 15 min. . Only the heater worked and not the air condition, which made it uncomfortable at times.

The complimentary internet service malfunctioned during the first two nights of my stay (I stayed four nights).

There was nothing good about this hotel!!! Totally the worst place to stay on earth. The hotel beds were infested with bedbugs, they were that big that the bugs were visible!!! We were eaten alive in flea bites. Would never recommend anyone to stay here ever!!!!!!!

Not enough information about the facilities in the hotel, could do with a brochure in the room explaining where breakfast is/what's served etc. whether dinner is available in the hotel. Have to go a little further afield to get to a restaurant serving anything other than Indian food.

The bathroom/shower didn't have a mop or sth ti wipe off the spattered/splashed water on the floor.

Insolation against noises from outside

Customer service was not a high priority. Couldn't get an iron cause they didn't know which room had it yet wouldn't let us take bottle opener to room incase someone else needed it. Bar shut really early on the Sunday night. Room was really small. Lift was tiny, couldn't even fit two people and 2 suitcases in it. Surrounding area was quite run down. Fridge was warm and even though we requested every day to have it fixed it wasn't.

Internet poorly functioning and complicated to gain access to. few electric outlets so to charge equipment (e. g. laptop) tv or frig needs to be unplugged. electricity only functions when doorkey is plugged into socket - drinks and food in frig spoil when on the road.

Very rude reception staff, particularly over the telephone. No internet connection above the 3rd floor (out of 6) despite advertising internet connection in every room. Elevator to small, 1 meter wide, 50 cm depth. Lack of level of spoken english by reception staff.
