From this flourishing age, the Hôtel Fontaines du Luxembourg has retained purity and calm with its indoor patio covered in Virginia creeper, around which our lounge, reception area and rooms are arranged.

I have been staying here for years when I visit Paris, and have always had a good experience. It's good value for money. I have stayed in some of the nicest 5 star hotels in Paris, but am quite happy here for the basics that matter. I really like the refurb!

Room (superior. .. ) didn't meet expectations. Looked worn. Poorly furnished. No closet. Water leaking onto bathroom floor. (nice bathroom otherwise). Balconoy doors couldn't close properly and kept opening completely. My mom was presented with a bill upon leaving, despite me booking and entering creditcard information. The trip was a gift to her. Matress terrible.

The cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful as was the reception staff working daily especially Stephanie. The rooms were very clean and stocked daily. The position was ideal and very central. There was free internet available.

The advertisement for the hotel promoted a minibar available. It would be advisable that reception staff advise quests that it is only available through reception in the lounge area. Also advise where the internet is positioned and that it is free unfortunately I was informed that this room was for staffonly. The night staff needed to be more helpful and considerate as their colleagues through the day presented.

Wonderful location, excellent size of room, although I was in an expensive one thanx to a Booking. com bargain, very good breakfast, wonderful décor (good taste is a must), wonderful TV (but you could get more international channels), perfect bathroom, charming patio, nice lobby with the books.

The room was very hot even when we put the thermostat to the lowest setting. B/C the room was warm, we opened the window to have some cool air. As a side effect we could hear all the street traffic, including a seemingly drunk homeless persons ranting throughout the whole night. It didn't ruin our stay but it was a little unsettling. We didn't spend very many waking minutes in the room b/c it was our first time to Paris and we wanted to explore. The rooms were very small so it is probably good that we didn't spend much time in it.

Sheets and bathroom could have been cleaner. Some of the staff weren't very accomodating. Would be good to actually have the room service available that's advertised and according to the menu provided in the room. Also would recommend providing a complimentary breakfast or at least offer coffee and croissants. The current breakfast is way too expensive.

Lots of stairs, a maize which is not practical with luggage, staff seems disengaged, shower was dirty/moldy which is strange for a brand new shower, internet limited to 2 devices.

Beautiful hotel with adorable rooms - exactly as the pictures stated. Everything in the entire hotel was in fantastic shape, and well maintained and cleaned - no cobwebs in the corners, or mold in the bathrooms. Impeccable. Staff also speaks English (thank goodness!) and is very friendly and helpful.

Whilst we have visited your hotel many times, on this occasion we were disappointed that having reserved our room and paid for 4 nights much earlier, on our arrival we were advised that our 1st night had to be spent at another hotel, without an explanation as to why.
