I had one thing to be very disappointed on 24th of Sep while I stayed. When I asked for a staff sitting on the reception to examine the exchange rate of the day in the market with PC, what do you guess he replied to me? He answerd me to check it at any money change office without operating PC in front of him. I didn't have to ask for him.

Pros

Exceptionally close to the Opera, Opera Metro, and Auber RER station. Roissy Bus to CDG less than 5 minutes walk. Free Wi Fi internet, and air-conditioned room. A huge selection of restaurants, cafés and shops in the near vicinity. If only planning to use the room as a base to sleep, then it's relatively good value for money in this area of Paris.

Hotel web site does not specify that the mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities were not available in a standard double room. The photos on the web site are quite deceptive and give the appearance that the hotel/reception etc are much larger than they are. Bedrooms are small and although the web site claims that these have recently been "refurbished", in my opinion, adding a flat screen TV and nautical theme picture does not quite qualify as refurbishing. Carpets and furniture are worn and tired. Fortunately, despite the worn out look, everything was quite clean, especially the bathroom. Toilet is in a separate "cupboard" with no room to close the door when occupied.

Please see my email to the manager regarding bed bugs we stayed two nights in the hotel and we were both bitten all over our legs, arms and backs. If it were not for the above and the problems related to it I would have given a higher rating !! I know await a reply from the manager on this matter.
