Pros

Very conveniently located with easy access to transport, grocery and fruit shops and of course in walking distance of many old and famous churches etc. I liked the fact that the area was not too crowded, as for instance St Germain de Pres. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and with all essentials. What more does one require?

Very clean; next to Pasteur metro station -> easy access to sights; nice staff (depends of course on the person)

Hotel room was very small with minimum service like paper tissue, .. . The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom was very small. You could not buy a bottle of water or similar from hotel. The internet hourly rate was much more expensive than the outside stores.

The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the room and having to have the window open during the warmer weather. If you added AC it would be great, or at least have rental fans or fans in the room.

We stayed in triple room with a bathroom in Innova Hotel. (I and my parents). The staff was kind and helpful, special thanks to Jean-Pierre, the receptionist. The room has been cleaned every day. Common areas were also clean. The location of the hotel is pretty good. Just in front of the hotel, there is a metro station (Pasteur) , so main touristic attractions can be reached easily by metro. If you prefer walking to Eiffel Tower from the hotel. It takes about 20-25 min. We didnt buy the breakfast in the hotel so I can not write anything about the breakfast. If the breakfast was included in the hotel price it could be better. I recommend Innova Hotel.

We both enjoyed this Hotel. The Staff is more than willing to give information about the Metro, restaurants, and the great places to visit in this wonderful city. If we should go to Paris again, we will certainly stay in this Hotel.

I like this partof Paris a great deal. Lots of nice /relaxed places to eat and drink without the crazy crowds that one finds closer to the more popular tourist cites. Th econfluence of metor lines makes getting to otherparts of the city very easy.

The room was very clean, and you can't beat the price! I knew I wasn't going to be in my hotel a lot, so this was perfect for what I was looking for (Close to everything - including transportation, wifi, and very clean!)

I absolutely loved the fact that there's a metro stop right in front of the hotel. After entire days of walking all over Paris, it was great to step off the metro and then straight into the hotel.

Pros

Location close to metro a plus. Close to convention center by metro. Not in a touristy area and close to local cafe's, restaurants etc which you will never find in a guide book. Good value for $ with net rates.

WI fi Connection unreliable which may be important for business travellers. Staff quality varied: most helpful some grumpy. Some rooms on the road are noisy but windows are double paned and cut sounds down.
