The front desk was extremely helpful and patient! The room was spotless and the shower was fantastic. Much nicer than I expected.

There was a booking error and the hotel was not prepared to correct it ar be in any way helpfull, so I had to pay another hotel and the hotel annex had one rom free for one nightbut the room was paid for,

We had a room close to the stairs so it was a bit noisy, the bathroom was ok but tiny. Definitely ok for 1 night but not for a long stay. The picture on the website are a bit misleading.

Rooms are very very small. In fact they have used a single room as a double room, so there isn't space enough to move in it. Very uncomfortable place. I won't come back.

Paper cups used for tea and coffee in the rooms is NOT good. Please use proper mugs. Those paper cups are small and very hot to handle when there is tea inside.

This hotel is in the perfect location for all the main site sitting's. .. . very close to many stations. if you just chose to sleep and wash in your room then this is the perfect hotel. i very much enjoyed my stay there.

Tiny cramped room, poor insulation lots of noise from adjacent rooms, no cabinets for clothes, small hanging area only. Tiny shower/toilet area, mould in shower tray and wall, no plug in sink.

This room was adequate for my stay. Of coarse it was small, but as much as I was in it, it really didn't matter. I guess their remodeling, with plastic in the hall way, nothing on the walls, and need painting.

I paid extra for a bouble bed and got 2 twins pushed together. But it came in handy to put my suit case on.
