Lack of services (i. e. no room service)

You need not to look television in Paris, but it would be nice, if there were a little more programs other than the french

I can't think of any.

Not many. Rooms are a bit small, but comfortable. They do have some smoking rooms -- so make sure you are clear that you want a non-smoking room when you book!

The bed was a bit small and harder than I like; Otherwise, very comfortable. Breakfast room was very small and quite crowded so that there was sometimes a wait when times were rushed. In warmer weather the patio accommodates breakfasters. Services: While I assigned 9 of possible 10 for services I found that all services suited our needs which were: use of computer, iron and ironing board, storage of our cases prior to the room being ready, early access to our room when we arrived before the nominated check-in time. On one occasion I was unable to have a late night cognac because the man on duty was attending another guest at the time.

Breakfast was expensive (13 euro) for what was offered (continental). You're better to head to a local bakery for crepes.

Rooms are small

The only con was that our room overlooked the street and if you open the window you can hear street noise or in our case, a party taking place outside the movie theater across the street from the hotel. That would not be enough to keep us from staying there again.

Air conditioning did not work in the room & it was hot. Since our door opened into the courtyard, we could not leave open at night. We did report that it did not work, but nothing ever happened. Otherwise, the room was comfortable.

Can't think of any. It is just a perfect hotel.

Unfortunately my room wasn't seviced on one day. .However; a very apologetic manager prompty addressed the problem.

A bit noisy renovations were being done in the room next to me and they started early, the air conditioner didn't work, cleaner knocked on the door at 8. 15 am and woke me up up, also in the afternoon while I was working in my room, just walked in didn't knock. But the staff made up for all these little hiccups. Saw a bar but didn't know if I could buy coffee/alcohol I'm assuming the reception staff would have served me.

Some bathrooms are rather small but this is not unusual in buidlings of this age. From our experience over the last six times we have stayed here they have done an excellent job of ensuring that all the rooms have a clean and efficient bathroom.

Bed very small. We had classic room which I think is your cheapest. The room was small but that was OK for us - we don't need a large room when we want to spend time outside. A narrow bed makes it difficult to sleep. If the bed had just been 15cm wider it would have been much better.

My only complaint (which I find in other countries also) why don't they use shower curtains? It was difficult to take a shower without getting the entire bathroom wet.
