At reception, which is decorated in a romantic style, there is always someone to offer you guidance and advice about a show or a shop, a restaurant or a site to visit, an excursion, or bicycle, motorcycle or car hire, and help you to make your reservations.

Our daytime and night time receptionists are entirely at your service and speak French and English. They can also help you to find your way around the capital and the hotel's immediate neighbourhood. They will help you to send faxes, make photocopies and, if necessary, you may consult Internet at the reception.

WiFi access is paying. There is a safe, a luggage room, a shuttle bus service to the airport and a public car park nearby. The reception area appears to be even larger than it actually is, owing to a wall which is completely covered by a mirror and which reflects the establishment's painted beams and ancient stonework. The lounge area continues on from the reception area.

The staff were very friendly spoke English very well. The hotel is very pretty and well maintained. The hotel is situated in a great location for restaurants, shops and a short walk to metro stations both North and South of the River.

Room and bathroom size are very small. Need to remember to hand in the physical "key" (the hotel does not use keycards for access) to reception when you go out and get it back when you return.

Wish there were more services available. .. food options, etc. Driver that was set up for us to return to airport left us in the wrong location and we had a very hard time getting to our terminal. Wish that we could have gotten a business rate for the Milipol show like the hotels near the show.

Location, location, location! Cafe Buci across the street became our regular morning cafe creme and croissant stop before starting our day. We loved the neighborhood - easy walking access to everything!

Bring your travel hair dryer - the one provided did not do the job. The elevator only holds three people at a time - and the hallway lights do turn off after a few seconds, so be prepared to find the light switches so you can find your way!

Extremely noisy on the street side, despite sturdy windows. After the busses and car noise ends, both nights were woken up after 3 AM by drunken marauders/singing etc.
