Rooms didn't look like the pictures on the website at all though we had a better category, bathroom was ok but not very good taken care of nor cleaned properly during our stay. Next time i'll try a different place.

Our room was too small for a couple to be comfortable; heat was unbearable in the room we had to sleep with the balcony door open which was occasionally noisy; breakfast, although good, was not really comfortable in the lounge bar

Rooms are very small and exceptionally noisy as you can hear the people in the next room. The breakfast value was not worth it. I do realize that the European breakfast are different than the US.

We stayed 4 nights at Le Lenox from arrival 11 to departure 14 October 2011. We were very dissatisfied with the room #41 and the hotel’s service. A rate adjustment and refund is due us for the reasons described below: 1. We occupied room # 41 at a rate was $230. This is only a Superior Room. Your rate schedule for this room is 180 Euros. We were overcharged 50 Euros/day. The couple directly below in room #31 were charged 180 Euros for the same quality room. We booked directly while they use Expedia or some other wholesaler. Our direct booking should be at an equal rate (180 Euros) or lower as you do not have to pay a commission. 2. The room was overheated and very hot (from pipes in the closet) and had no ventilation. We had to open the window at night. The loud street noise made it impossible to sleep. The bed did not have top sheet, only a comforter, which we had to remove. It was only on our last night were we able to get a top sheet. 3. Reception desk needs more than one person. Denis was either overloaded and could not or refused to help us when our flight to Jordan on the 14th was cancelled and we needed to connect with people at our destination He did, after a while, provide us with a number to call Air France. This call cost us over 30 Euros which should not have been charged to us. This call was for a service that the hotel should have provided either by a concierge service or by your reception staff. We hereby request a refund of this phone charge. 4. Both the sink and the tub did not have workable stoppers. We requested that these be fixed. It was not repaired when we left despite repeated requests. 5. The room was too small, even by Paris standards and very uncomfortable because of this. 5. Hotel Lenox should have available a list of local restaurant in various categories that it can recommend to guest upon request. It was like pulling teeth to get a recommendation from your reception staff. Almost all quality hotels have such lists. This service requires very little effort. For the forgoing reasons, we require a refund for our 30 euro phone charge to Air France on the 14th of October and 200 Euros for the room overcharge. Please give this matter your prompt attention. Small rooms but attractive and comfortable, best if you are travelling light or for short stay. No bar or room service after 2200h, and no minibar or complimentary mineral water in the rooms. If you are arriving late, best bring your own supplies.

Lacking charactor compared to my previous visit (I enjoyed jzzy atmosphere)

The rooms were overpriced for what you got.

The man on reception throughout the weekend was slow and obstreperous to the point of infuriating rudeness. He actually seemed to make a point of ignoring us as we stood patiently at the desk - not just once but every single time we encountered him. He also took so long over our checkout that he cost us an extra 14 euros on our cabfare.

Minor detail but 2 lights out in bathroom

As the walls between the rooms are from an old building, you can hear the neighbours.

We would have like real glasses in our room instead of the little plastic ones, but seriously that is our biggest complaint.

The room was very small although it is called "superieur" I asked to call a taxi. Instead a car with chauffeur was ordered without my consent

Like most of Paris the rooms are small. The airconditioning was not turned on and the rooms were arm unless you left the windows open, but then you heard all of the noise from the street.

No heat and it was freezing broken toilet paper holder

The rooms are not very sound proof. You can hear people talking in the next room in normal voices.
