Expensive for a 3* hotel. Need to take into account the lack of cafeteria or other general services in the hotel Hair dryers need a replacement by modern ones

A lot of noise carries between the rooms. Rooms are very small. Bare minimum toiletries.

SECURITY IS HORRIBLE, anyone can ask for a room key, the only security is the safe, which means anyone can walk-in and steal your laptop or other valuables.

Really tiny room, the bath tub has not a tent to easily shower, hair-dryer was useless

The most disappointing aspect of the stay was the breakfast & the staff attending to the food. it was a waste of €48 and either the hotel is committed to providing a 3 star breakfast service or not. There was no coffee, stale cereal, no eggs, no ham , no bread, no egg cups, tinned fruit. .. .the list goes on. The staff were rude, unhelpful and we had to ask for everything we needed. they were not at all interested in customer care nor bothered that we had paid for this! This experience was repeated two days in a rowand is completely unacceptable. Added to this, there was no internet available in the hotel to print flight tickets which resulted in an hour wasted finding an internet cafe. There was only one pillow each on the bed and when we requested a second one, the helpful night porter couldn't find one. Eventually he offered us his own pillow without a pillow case( none of these either). Unfortunately, the hotel is operating on a minimal provision and will suffer as a result. In a 3 star, the very basics are expected. I would like to go back because the location was great but we had such a bad experience with the aspects above, I doubt we will. Pity!

Breakfast wasn't great for the price - 12 euros. Might as well go to the corner and have an excellent and better cup of coffee and a couple of much nicer croissants for half the price.

Could use more closet/drawer space.

The only minor negative is the small elevator that would not fit much luggage, but there are always stairs if you need the exercise!

None I can remember

The staff at the hotel were arrogant and unhelpful. Our room had a toilet leak with wet carpet and a foul stench. Whilst the night staff agreed that this was unacceptable and we needed to be moved, there was no room available except the suite. The suite turned out to be unacceptable for our needs (3 people had to sleep in the one room, on a double and makeshift bed), which there was also no shower. Despite this, we had a fight with staff upon checkout as we were then told there was nothing wrong with the original rom and we would have to pay ahigher rate for the suite. There were also very loud maintenance works occruring to the facade of the building which commenced early and went throughout the day. Overall, the actions of the staff at checkout left a very bad taste in our mouths. We would not return to the hotel even if it were free.

The room, although huge and fully equipped, seems like it was in the middle of a re-model.

They did not notify that building is on construction. The great views were covered by a huge scafolding. Getting older and not well managed.
