We were able to book a room for a very reasonable promotional rate. The location is quite good for the price. The Louvre is right down the road. If you enjoy walking (as we do) you can get to Montmartre, Notre Dame, and even the Eiffel Tower (about an hour away). Otherwise the Metro is nearby. Also, it is a nice 25 minute walk to Gare du Nord if that is where you are arriving from. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. On the day of our checkout, we were able to check our bags at the desk and come back for them later.

Fantastic location and great value for a three star hotel. The staff of this hotel are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here on two separate occasions and would choose this hotel again as it is very central to all the sights. The room was very comfortable and the double glazed windows meant we didn't hear any street noise.

The hotel is very well located in a good area, the service goes far beyond expectations making me feel among friends for their aid and knowledge of the hotel staff about the city is a indispensable help for those who want know very well Paris. The room was very good with a nice bathroom, new and a reasonable size was not small. I'll be back for sure.

1. The night desk man was nice but could not give a single restaurant suggestion in the area near the hotel, saying he did not eat in the area. Whether or not he eats in the area, he should know something to help the guests. 2. The timers on the motion lights on 4th floor should be set a bit longer, so that you are not left in pitch black while standing still waiting for the elevator.

Enjoyed seeing Sacre Couer from our small balcony. Location was convenient. Room was attractive and fairly large for three people. People at the desk were very helpful with helping us plan our daily route. The small restaurant two doors to the right as you exit the hotel was quite good. Monoprix was very convenient.

We arrived by chunnel from London and went to the hotel by bus from Gare de Lyon. We had a hard time finding Bus 39 departure point near the train station, and we didn't know where to get off the bus, so we ended up walking much more than necessary. More complete directions in answer to my email would have been helpful.

The hotel staff is outstanding including the very nice lady who cooked our breakfast. Moon and her colleagues at the front desk could not be more helpful and friendly. We have stayed several times and the experience has been the same. We look forward to another visit.
