WE ARE 6 ADULTS WHO HAVE JUST RETURNED HOME AFTER A STAY OF 2 NIGHTS AT THIS HOTEL. WE VACATED 4 ROOMS ON THE 2ND FLOOR WITH BALCONIES. ALL OF US LOVED THE MESLAY AND WILL RETURN ANOTHER DAY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY AT A 3 STAR HOTEL IN PARIS THEN WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AS BEING AMONGST THE BEST.

Pros

This Hotel is in a great location for easy access to the Bus or Metro. There are bakeries and cafes all around, and also not far is a Monop Grocery store with healthy snacks and take outs. The Hotel itself has some nice old city charm, with cozy rooms, a beautiful tile floor in the lobby, and a lovely spiral staircase. The room we stayed in was nicley decorated, clean and had a homey feel, more like an Inn, not generic like modern hotels. The bathroom was nice too. And our room was in the back, and the window opened onto a courtyard of sorts, so we could leave the window open at night and it was quiet! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the fee for internet was half what it cost at another nearby hotel that we also stayed in. Overall, this was a good place to stay!

Towels changed every day; beds were done as well. The men receptionist were kind, friendly and polite in particular the genteleman who made my check-in.

The lady receptionist did not respect the mt father when this has asked for the key room nor did she accepted her responsability (potential an error) when she called room 105 for a few seconds without allowing us to answer the intercom-phone on 30/09/2011; she was also unfriendly as she has never say any greetings to myself or my parents in any language!
