Staff very helpful Room very comfortable and clean Location very good - easy to get to Metro and easy to walk to sights (Pantheon and Notre Dame) Highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to come back and stay here again. Room 66 is the best!

Very small rooms, incl bathroom. smell of having been a smokers room, internet signals/ WI-FI on 5th floor (room 57) too weak and very unstable.

We really missed a full body mirror in the room. The only mirror was the bathroom, making it Harder to dress up.

The room is a bit dark. there were two mirrors in the room but it was really hard to see in them as the light was bad. a light above the mirrors might help.

Location is good, close to good bus route, and the metro. Wonderful restaurants and cafes all around. We felt safe walking around at night.

Rooms are small, did not like the updated rooms, had a water problem with the shower, the only one chair in the room was a red hard plastic chair that we felt was not very practical or comfortable. .. .asked to be changed to another room and still had a water problem when taking a shower. ..

Though it's non-smoking hotel, there were consistently smokers in room(s) near us and smell of smoke was quite bothersome. There should be a more aggressive notice of non-smoking policy and much more aggressive enforcement. When I raised the issue with a staff member I was told that if someone had been smoking than the fire alarm would have sounded. That's ridiculous! Someone was smoking in the room near or next to use; we could smell it; there are no smoke alarms in the rooms and those in the hallway are surely not designed nor are the sensitive enough to respond to cigarette smoke. Non-smoking ought to mean non-smoking and ought to be enforced, for the comfort and health of all the guests.

The hotel is excently located. Easy walking distance to Notre Dame and many other great sights in the Latin Quarter area. Lots of good restaurants near by. Also, bus 63 provides easy access to the Musee D'Orsay, the Louvre and to the other areas that are of interest to tourists.

Jennifer is a first class receptionist. She was always smiling and helpful. We loved the position of the hotel. Rooms were clean and we really appreciated a renovated room on floor 6 for our return.
