Hotel Paris France is the perfect choice when staying in Paris and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is excellent right next to Place de la Republique and two Metro stations (Temple and Republique), the staff is great, the rooms are clean and very nice, all in all a charming and renovated hotel with free WiFi!

The hotel was perfect! It met every need that I had. The staff were highly friendly and spoke very good English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again. Also, there was free WIFI and a safe!!!!!! The location is also perfect! No need to spend extra money anywhere else!

The shower of the room we stayed in did not have a shower curtain to contain the water: while there was a towel on the floor that did absorb all the water, it would have been nice to have sometime of curtain. All in all though: a perfect and good priced hotel!

Excellent price and very good location for many fabulous sites and restaurants as well as metro access. Quiet-really good insulation on the windows. Such agreta hotel for the price. No frills-carry your own baggage (with a small elevator to take it up). Cafes, restaurants and terrific jazz, plus shopping very close by. Excellent rates.

Do not expect a destination hotel expierence. If you want that, pay 1500 dollars and got to the Crillon or the Ritz. This is a very clean, good bed, good bath hotel with terrific staff-but no luxury, TV, food, or bell staff. Bring your own (or buy) shampoo, lotion, etc.

This is a great two star hotel. The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful when I needed assistance, clear in communications, and very courteous. The premises have more charm than most two star hotels, and the breakfast room was being updated during my stay. Like most Paris hotels, the elevator is quite small, but there is a nice sized lobby seating area and a separate breakfast room. One can print out airline boarding passes on the hotel lobby computer. In-room television channels are very limited, but who watches TV in Paris? :-). I stayed three nights in a pleasantly decorated, very comfortable, very clean corner room on the third floor with 3 large opening windows overlooking the church next door and the main street. The windows were well soundproofed to street and church bell noise, and not much noise through the wall from the next door room, either; but you might want earplugs if little noises get to you. The sheets and bath linens felt wonderful. Heavy drapes effectively keep out light from the street. The updated tile bathroom was spacious (for Paris) with an in-floor open shower pan, hair dryer, and plenty of hot water. The hotel only provides bar soap. There was a small closet, writing desk and chair, but no luggage stand (not a problem though). The room's heater temperature controls were easy to use. There is the Temple Metro station for line 7 a few meters away from the front door, and two Velib bike stations a few meters away in the opposite direction. A second Metro station serving multiple lines is within eyesight up the street at Place de la Republique, making this a very convenient location from which to quickly access anywhere in Paris. A quick walk or bike ride to the Pompidou Center, Marais or Bastille areas and easy gateway to Canal St. Martin/Parc de la Villette/Buttes Chaumont areas. This location will probably be a good fit for someone who is used to the less polished side of big cities and looking for a very good value in a less-touristic area. I hope to return.

Lift didn't always work in the morning so tramping up 5 floors after breakfast on two consecutive mornings was not the best start to the day. Continental breakfast was poor. A choice of a some fruit or yogurt would have been nice and a better quality coffee should be used.
