Beds are kind of hard, I got a back-ache.

If you book a twin room you may get a duble bed instead. Bathroom not so clean. The toilet was brown inside.

Don't have the basement room its opressive. Ladies take a Mirror only one is in bathroom. Take kettle no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

It hasn't got internet. It is not included the breakfast.

Could have a better shower.

La chambre que j'avais réservé via votre site pratiquement deux mois à l'avance, n'était plus disponible lors de mon arrivé, ils affichaient complet . Le premier soir , ils m'ont envoyé coucher dans un autre hotel , supposé équivalent , mais qui en fait était bien en dessous point de vue propreté et qualité. Mon fils qui avait loué aussi à cet hotel a donc dû venir me rconduir aux deuxièmes hotel ( environ 1 Km à pied ) Il faut savoir que je suis une personne à mobilité réduite à cause d'une maladie immunitaire. Ne venez pas me dire que cette situation était exceptionelle car le deuxième soir , en passant près de la réception j'ai entendu une discussion avec un autre client qui s'étair fait faire le même coup. Je pense que cet hotel pratique du overbooking et lorsque tous les clients se présentent à ce moment là ils ont une entente avec d'autres hotel autours et ils leur envoient leur client en surplus. Il est dommage que de tel pratique existe. Cela fait plusieurs années que je réserve des hotels via votre site et je n'ai jamais eu à faire face à ce phénomène. C'est dommage !

Maybe the bathroom could be more confortable and clean than what it is.

Very small room

We booked a twin room and a single room for 3 nights from July 20 to 22. On the first night they gave us 2 single rooms as no twin room was available. The double bed was small and 2 people had to squeeze in 1 bed. But they did not return us the money for this night (around 14 Euros) and offered us to take breakfast instead. But from the second night we got a twin room where the sleeping arrangement was good. But the wash basin filled up whenever the tap was opened and all the dirt from the pipe comes up and floats on the basin. Really disgusting. We had to stay in that room for 2 nights.

No internet

If you write that on your site and in registration information that you have WiFi, it is unpleasant surprise to find out on arrival that you don't have it.

Upgrading work in progress, but was not a problem and not intrusive.

The internet was not working when I was there.

No wi-fi, no curtain in shower, too few power outlets in the room

Severe smell from new carpet. Shower was not functional, no shower curtain, water not draining properly, no holder for shower handle. One bed was worn and leaning. Internet access lacking.

There was a lot of building work going on, both in the hotel and around it, so it was pretty noisy after around 8 am. My room was nicely decorated and furnished, but my friend's was a bit run-down, with peeling wallpaper, no plugs in the bathroom, and no door on the wardrobe. I'd like to come back to this hotel in a few months hotel, hopefully when the refurbishment is complete, when it should be very nice - the lobby certainly looked very smart.
