Nice location. Nice and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. It was a pleasure. The room was big and had a nice shower. In paris it is not easy to find such a nice hotel. The lady serving the breakfast was nice to me. She remembered my room number and what I want to drink.

Just a little shabby in places; Breakfast poor and really annoying that you can't get your own coffee and awaiting one lady to appear and offer it. Internet access too expensive - class hotels give it for free these days - need to catch up

Pros

The location is at quiet street. Heating system was excellent. Especially single room is isolated from other rooms. It was in the circle of Commercial area. There was no problem to go to supermarket like Marché FranPrix, good restaurants, and church. It was nice to walk around near Trocadero, Tour Eiffel, Seine for exercise.

There was a noise (not high) from piping due to water shrinkage (?). Toilet cleaning needs a little bit more effort. The single bed was used only one side because the other side is attached to wall. Shower room sealant was not good due to aging. There was a water leak from the shower room.

The building appeared to be under some level of restoration. The meet/ greet was actually the least welcoming I have ever found, from extensive stays in Europe hotels. The air con had issues/ didn't adjust The rooms/ bed and bed linen was not great - felt like a hotel with little budget to maintain The batteries in the remote for TV did not work The bathroom was big but had hairs on floor not been - evident due to length,

I used to stay at the hotel frequently, but it looked to me in need of refurbishment, especially the public areas. The hotel looks tired and shabby in places. I would expect free wi-fi in the rooms these days, in FRance.

The air conditioning didn't manage to keep the room cool. Some problems with the room: The bathtub plug wasn't tight enough and the hairdryer was quite clearly broken.
