Hotel Saint Quentin * *

Room seemed to be in process of construction. Room didn't not have cold water, only hot for the first night. (overall plumbing was odd). Some staff was a little rude, but the owner was very nice. A little more money than I thought I should have paid for what I got. If all the amenities worked correctly upon arrival that would greatly improve my review of the hotel. Im surprised this was not checked prior to arrival (hence I have a feeling that the room was being worked on in-between people staying in it).

Old rooms, no comfort, lot of noise, tv not working, breakfast is poor, and lot of noise outside where the staff answers: i can not do anything about it, i work here, not outside!! well, thank you. This is not even worth the name " hotel ". Sorry, even the shower was broken!!!

Dirty towels, broken internet, unfriendly staff.

Rooms are not so comfortable.

No stand for the shower nozzle so it is not convenient while showering

Below par overall cleanliness, stained sheets, strange smell in shower, and shower cabin only large enough for a child. I definitely do nor recommend this place

The morning staffs were rude. Actually very rude and uneducated!! No respect. Treated me like they are wardens or rulers of the town. They have loud mouth. No kind communication skills. Bad food, no drinking water served with breakfast. Bad experience. !!!No knowledge of hotel management!!!

The room is a little bit too small, and the lighting can be better! it's always too dark inside!

The room is small.

Not all the light bulbs in the light fittings work - there is enough light though. The basin plugs have been removed - possibly because previous guests have allowed the water to overflow the basin and flood the room below. The hot water seems plentiful though The street outside can be quite noisy early in the morning as there is no double glazing,

Only one electric socket in the room, bad WiFi

Some problems to get Internet Access from rooms in the 5th floor

Breakfast not very good value for money, noise from reception area can be heard in rooms on 1st floor, limited choice of channels on TV

Still too expensive comparing to the level of service. A price of 55-60 euros might have been more feasible for it. Due to the bad state of the locks of the doors, my door was left totally open after the cleaning staff left the room. It was just a lucky situation that nobody went into my room during all day. It is a disappointing fact, that I have never met before in any of the hotels.
