Spectacular view. Superb staff. Beautiful city.
Thank you to the two guys that work nights with the same name. One worked the desk and woke us up early our last night. He was by far the most accomodating gentleman at any of our hotels during our trip across Europe.
The bellman with the same name made us up a map and highlighted different restaurants in different colors to allow us to walk and find what we preferred.
I feel bad that I don't have the name(s). I knew they both had the same name. My apologies.
I write for travel magazines and would definitely refer our readers to your hotel. The location is wonderful, but the staff is unexpectedly accomodating.
Also, wanted to thank the English gentleman who greeted us each day. He also was super accomodating.
My notes are not available so I can't be as specific as I would have hoped.
I will forward a formal letter giving them all their just credit.

Great location, friendly and helpful staffs, roomy and tasteful design of hotel rooms, splendid view of Arc de Triomphe, amazing sound proof double screen french windows, close to Air France Shuttle Bus to CDG, Metro and a Taxis stand.

Feeling of luxury in a very friendly and nice atmosphere. So much nicer than in the big hotels.
Very good breakfast.
Excellent location: 50 m from busstation to ChDG (les Cars), 20 m to RER, 40 m to M. Beautiful view to Arc de Triomph.
