Paris is a long way from Sydney Australia.

The breakfast area is a bit small.

The stairs with luggage.

Somewhat expensive. At least the continental breakfast should be included in the price of the room.

Front desk & concierge are not helpful

Breakfast is too expansive (value for money = 4/10)

Elevator noice in room, closing door noice in room

Lost hot water the last night of our stay but was offered a transfer to another hotel. Elected not to since we were checking out in the morning. Just a glitch. .. .probably hasn't happened before.

Lack of room service

I had 3 stays here in 2weeks. I emailed to ask if I could leave a bag in between stays and was disappointed that the woman at the desk at the time said no. For this reason I would probably choose another hotel if I was having more than one stay while in Paris

We stayed in a few different rooms the one on the ground floor 601was a great size unfortunately it is very noisy. After a long flight we had noise all night and than the staff arrived around 4. 30am and seemed as though they were chatting directly outside our room. The triple room we booked was really good apart from the bathroom was very small. Need to have tea and coffee in room instead of having to ask for it each day minor things but they do make a difference.

Expensive but simple breakfast

I was disappointed that the breakfast tariff was extra. Whether this cost (13 euros) is included with the room cost or not depends on what web site you use to book your accommodation. The internet was not working over the weekend I stayed (Easter long weekend) which was an inconvenience to me.

The recently paint smell continues very strong maide us with a strong alergy and cold. Apartments nees to keep open, windows etc. .. to get fresh air. Hotel was not ready to receive guest yet. Needs time and products to pass the paint smell.

Windows of our room were towards other windows and so close that if someone smoked, smoke smell came in. There were some small ants in the bathroom.

The bathrooms are very badly isolated so when someone takes a shower or goes to the bathroom you can hear that extremely well. The rooms are a tad small. .

Although the food served at the breakfast was really good, I think it would be nice if the menu could vary daily so that customers who were taking breakfast there everyday would not be bored with the same type of food. Apart from that, it was excellent.
