The room could have been cleaner.

Very small room, language barrier between a member of staff

Wi-fi not working perfectly in my room

The room was very dusty and small. We coulnd't even move (and we were 2 girls), we had no space for our suitcases. We got allergy as soon as we moved the blanket on the bed. There was dust on the floor and on the curtains too. The pillows were not even there. .. There was a long "sausage" pillow, too soft and thin. I had to wrap towels under my head to sleep. The night porter at the reception only spoke french.

The matrass on the bed was in a bad condition. problems with the shower from too hot to too cold, though not every day of our stay.

The hotel withdrew from my account more than a month before arrival, even thoug you may cancel your visit within 48 hours. And they did not answer my e-mailrequest about this.

The only complaint I had was that the television was on during breakfast , so there fore we ate in a nearby cafe

Small, not a lot of space TV only in french and english

Nothing to be good to be stay here. Rooms are crazily small but the bed is big (double bed). It's weird arrangement. I got two 29" luggage. When I put on floor I really hard to walk in the room. Everywhere is dirty and dusty. I even find hairs on the blanket. I'm wondering if the room cleaner did really clean the room or not. When I leave the hotel I double check my souvenirs from my bag, I found some of them are gone. I'm wondering if it's their action or. Anyway, I swear I won't stay in this terrible hotel when I travel to Paris next time.

Tiny rooms, We have 20 cm around the bed and the wardrobe has noo doors. One night we found our roomm hasn´t been cleaned and nobody apologized. One out of three towels was dirty

Very well communicated with the rest of the city. The underground station was right next to the hotel. The streets nearby had lots of restaurants and shops. Republique square was really near the hotel, with several underground lines and lots of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was ok and really value for money: 6€ with a croissant, coffee, orange juice, bread, cheese, butter and jam. The staff was nice, most of them could speak english perfectly. In addition, we had to leave the hotel very early on the last day because of our flight time. So they prepared the breakfast earlier specially for us, which was a great detail. The room service was very good; sheets and towels were changed everyday and they made the bed everyday as well. There was a lift with access to all floors. It is a comfortable hotel in its whole.

The only thing was getting our bags to the top floor, but we just need to be a bit fitter!

Customer will suffer sleepless nights on hot summer days, without aircon or electric fan . .often times, when open the windows, the boisterous arguments 0f clients from fitness centre really will piss u off. .. lack of receptionist/staffs working at night shift. lack of provision for fire exit in the building

Very tiny bathroom.

No tissue paper. Not a big deal though, the hotel staff gave me some napkins instead.

Hairdryer not in the room, only on demand available.

This hotel was not comfortable it's a very noisy hotel and the room was not clean we found hairs and blood on the sheets. Also the breakfast was too expensive for what it included.
