Reviews about the location

The location was excellent and we were able to walk to Notre Dame and other sites. It was also close to all the restaurants and shops so we can come back and forth. We particularly enjoyed going out in the evenings and enjoying Paris at night. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the portable air conditioner was excellent.

Quantity of toilettes is different from quantity of bathrooms - and the Hotel did not make it clear prior the reservation. I asked how many bathrooms and you did not specify that one of the batrooms did not have a toilette (something very uncommon for not french people. )

There was a washing machine but no tumble-dryer, only a clothes horse was provided on demand. Fortunately, there is a coin laundry next door on the same street.

Excellent location. Apartment very clean, spacious and comfortable. A real sense of staying in the heart of Paris and Paris life. Right beside Luxemburg gardens, a short stroll to Notre Dame and lots of shopping nearby.

Overall everything was great. Breakfast was included in our stay but if it wasn't included I wouldn't pay extra for it. It was in tha spa area of the hotel which was in the basement with no natural light and it was very warm and uncomfortable.

Pricey for the quality - we had stayed here 4 years ago and would highlight that the facilities look tired and run down. We stayed in Apt 9 - the dishwasher didn't work; the couch had stains; the washroom had a constant urine smell; overall, the apartment felt dirty.
