Great staff, especially at the front desk. As first time visitors to Paris, we were full of questions, and the desk staff was always very helpful (thank you, Alexander!). The location is superb, and we had no trouble with a quick walk to the Palais Royal metro stop (at the Louvre entrance) and were able to easily navigate around the city.
