everything was great

Amazing friendly helpful staff- great amenities - great location

The staff was amazing- especially Isobelle and Julianna on the front desk- my sister and I were both unwell and they were so supportive and helpful. They made our stay so much more enjoyable. They are truly the best ambassotors for the hotel. The room was large and with 3 windows the view was great. The location is also ideal. - stores, cafes and metro all at hand.

This a modern, stylish hotel. I stayed in the Exceptional room and it is huge and looks so posh. The location is very convenient. I stayed at a different hotel whne I returned from London and this one is definitely superior.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to others. It was a great value - a wonderful hotel in the most wonderful city in the world!

This hotel was very central to everything we needed. The staff were excellent, so welcoming and helpfull. Very clean, and great views from bedroom. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing room

Having stayed there 12 years ago, we felt very much at home returning to the renovated hotel. It is extremely well located. The amenities are wonderful. .. very nice breakfast room, very congenial, helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and orderly. The public areas were beautifully done in handsome fabrics. The bar was especially nice in red leather. It is always nice to return to a place you enjoyed, only to find that it is even better than it was when you last visited. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The recommendation of dining at Chez Francis was really appreciated. It was Phillip's birthday, and we celebrated with a fabulous dinner with the Eiffel Tower in the background. What a wonderful evening. We also used the hotel's taxi service which was prompt, courteous, and got us to the airport in good time.

there are no cons just pros

The hotel was wonderful. Our room was tasteful and clean. Great shower as well. Balcony was used each day. central location. Great staff and so friendly. thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely lady at reception -very thoughtful, warm and helpful. The room was comfortable and I felt very much at home. Although location was quite central, it was quite quiet, which was fantastic. I will definately be back again :)

Clean, great location, staff was helpful, and had a great view from window. The room seemed to have been updated recently and was very comfortable. The whole place was very charming. It's location near a metro was very helpful.
