The hotel is very clean and the majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach and just off the main road so its nice and quiet in the evening.

I have stayed at the Hotel on two ocassions and the staff are great; friendly, approachable, accomodating and they listen and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel is superb. The hotel reception area is nice and is suitable for the lone traveller, families and the old and young.

I personally feel that the rooms can now do with some attention. The rooms decor needs to be modernised; the salmon colour in the rooms is outdated, as are the pictures on the walls and the wood in the rooms. The tiling in the bathroom needs replacing; near the shower it had black marks on it. The floor tiles in the bathroom could do with being updated. Room 17 was too small for both me and my brother. The floor carpet on the first floor really needs to be taken out and updated with a new, more muted, modern carpet.

Beach services not so kind, in case of solde out at the beach any advice about a new beach location was given. At the hotel comfort is not so good but confortable. Bedroom matelas was too hard. The rooms are not so good isolated from each other, the bathroom is antiquated.

- Every member of staff, excellent (110%, always). Please can you pass on our thanks to the bedroom staff who cleaned our room during our visit. The room was always spotless and they took time to place our daughter's teddy bear on her bed each day - very nice touch. - Breakfast, excellent - Location excellent

The breakfast and room service are not available as long as they hotel claims. The pool is very small and doesn't get the sun for very long.

Pros

Lovely staff, but General Manager never appears when there is a crisis with other customers. The front desk is always available to listen but poor things, they cannot cope and deal with security specially when some VERY UNPLEASANT customers believe they are the sole clients in the hotel and specially in the bar. We would have had a meal there more often if they had been told by the Mr Chevillon that there attitude was unacceptable. I will also forward this message to my friends in the managerial team in the group Accor.

None except this roumanian tour which you accepted in your hotel and you were unable to deal with them. They brought you money, but you have lost regular customers.
