Our hotel was open in october 2006 after months of intense renovation works.

Our rooms and its bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Each one has private bathroom with shower and is tastefully decorated with modern and stylish furniture. Parquet floors and original wooden ceilings create a rustic and romantic atmosphere. Room amenities include air conditioning, mini-bar, hair dryer, satellite LCD TV with remote control, personal safety box, modem jack, direct dial telephone, king size bed, slippers.

Pros

The location was fantastic. At night I could hear the Trevi fountain from the room window. The room was clean, with a modern, clean attached bathroom. The bed was a little on the firm side for me. We either walked or got a taxi so not sure about use of public transit from this location. I would stay there again.

Very noisy street, price of the room is way too high for what you get. the housekeeping is not that good, drawers were not empty from previous guests. .. . floor not vaccumed during the 3 nights we stayed. .. the fan in the bathroom turns on and off all night and is noisy.

Pros

The hotel had a great location!!! The staff was also very helpful. They provided great recommendations and made us feel like we could ask anything. They offered a complimentary WiFi, happy hour and a lovely breakfast. The service was so great that for my husband's 30th birthday they made excellent dinner reservations for us, placed rose petals on the bed, had sparkling wine on ice with flutes, and set out a birthday card for him. It was hands down our best experience in Italy at a hotel!

Only con was that the hair dryer didn't work in the room, it would get too hot and turn off after 5 seconds. Also, a recommendation, if you do ask for additional services make sure to ask the price ahead of time. I hadn't asked the price on the flowers and wine set out for my husband's birthday (which was my fault) and it was pretty expensive. I should have purchased a bottle and flowers myself to give to them to put in the room (which with there great service I'm sure they would have had no problem doing). Either way it was worth it!

Were under going renovations so not very welcoming. Toilet seat was loose and asked for it to be fixed which it sort of was but not 100% still slid when you sat on it No sufficient hot water for 2 people to shower in fact not hot at all

Acoustic isolation is very insufficient for this price. You can hear the opening and closing of all the doors, the shower and the toilet in the other rooms and especially the disposal of the bottles from the restaurant below.

The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful even for unusual requests. The room was comfortable and I liked the wood floors. The location is convenient too.

Internet connection availability was intermittent. Television reception was not good. I'm happy to recycle but the rubbish bin system is a little confusing - I wasn't sure what to do with rubbish that was not recyclable (i. e. not paper or plastic).
