Location is a ~10 min walk to nearest metro station, and ~20 min walk to pl. Catalunya. ( We enjoy walking, so this is not a big problem for us )

Pros

It's a very delicate hotel, the atrium of the design is impressived. We stayed at this hotel four nights, helpful staff, free WIFI, room very clean. To Plaza Catalunya and the Rambla Street, walk about 30 minutes and by taxi at 6 yuan or less, convenient shopping. Inconvenience is relatively far from the metro station, take the metro to the sites more difficult.

Your price for breakfast was a little high. I found the bed to be a little too hard, but my husband thought it was fine. It would be nice if the room had a rack for placing a suitcase. The floor of the bathtub was extremely slippery when we were taking our showers. I was afraid I might fall, and there was nothing to grab onto if I did fall. This is dangerous and could be easily fixed by putting some rough strips on the floor of the bathtub.

Meriia at the front desk was simply terrific with her courteous, friendly and professional demeanor from the start of our check in until the day we left. She greeted us with a smile and spoke excellent English, which was a big help for us Americans. When we needed information such as a side trip to Sitges or to check on our departing flight terminal, she handled it with aplomb. Sercotel would do well to keep Meriia on board and use her many talents related to the hospitality industry. Everything else is covered in the survey. Keep up the good work.

A little outside the city centre/beach, however taxis and busses (use line 59) are cheap and fast to go there (approx. 15 minutes)
