We have to pay the wifi in the room for 10 euro each day. it's something incredible for an hotel in a european capital city in the 2011!

A little bit over perfumed and too 'girlie'. Could of done with a kettle and mugs in the room for tea/coffee in the morning.

I am not a tall person at all, but my feet were hanging of the bed because it was so short. if the room was meant to be for 2 it would have been to small. It could have been a bit cleaner.

Room quite strange! No closet where to put the clothes - we used the sofa in the room to put everything on. A glass "wall" is between the bed and the bathroom with a glass door - no privacy in the bathroom. The jacuzzi in the next room seemed to be in our room - on one occasion we had to wait until 2 a. m. until it stopped being used since it makes a lot of noise and we could not sleep!! The receptionist could not do anything about the situation.

Nice large rooms. Beautiful and imaginative modern decor. There is Internet service.

The staff is not friendly. They are not helpful. Your staff are not nice people and did not make us feel welcome after a very long journey to Spain. The lady at the reception desk would not allow us to check in early although we were exhausted having come from America. The maids never said hello to us. We have a room now at the Hotel Melia now and the staff is both professional and friendly.
